Are OneUp components compatible with other brands?
Yes, most of our components, including chainrings and handlebars, are designed to be compatible with major drivetrains and standard cockpit setups from SRAM, Shimano, and others.
Do I need special tools to install the EDC Tool system?
The EDC Lite requires no special tools for installation. However, the original EDC Top Cap system requires our specific Tap Kit to thread your steerer tube.
What is the warranty period on your carbon handlebars?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our Carbon Handlebars against manufacturing defects for the original owner.
How often should I service my OneUp Dropper Post?
We recommend a basic clean and regrease every 50 hours of riding and a full cartridge replacement if the post begins to slow down significantly.
Can I use your oval chainrings with a 12-speed drivetrain?
Yes, our Switch Oval chainrings are specifically designed to work with Shimano 12-speed Hyperglide+ and SRAM Eagle 12-speed chains.
